In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring the Brand 4 product line to life. This position is with our complexion team, helping to develop, evaluate, and finalize a range of products. This role involves two components: in-office work and on-site work at our partnering labs’ facilities (please note this entails international travel up to 50%).
What you will do:
- Own relationships and day-to-day execution with external partners, including Oddity’s partnering labs, modeling agencies, and other vendors, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
- Set direction and priorities for shade development projects, working closely with senior leadership to align on objectives, timelines, and decision points
- Continuously evaluate and optimize shade development processes, identifying inefficiencies, capturing learnings in real time, and rapidly implementing improvements to increase speed, consistency, and quality across projects
- Oversee and conduct in-depth shade testing, synthesize findings, and clearly communicate recommendations and limitations to leadership and key partners, both in-office and at partnering labs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product development and marketing, to drive execution of shade development initiatives from concept through launch
- Lead model testing operations, including agency coordination, model preparation, shade assignment, and maintaining accurate, centralized records
- Own sample management end-to-end, including tracking submissions, feedback, labeling accuracy, and timelines, and holding lab partners accountable to expectations
- Drive new submissions and testing readiness, ensuring swatches, documentation, and materials meet quality standards, while confidently reprioritizing as project needs evolve
- Act as the central point of accountability for shade development, with deep understanding of the end-to-end process and the ability to step into any role as needed to keep projects moving
Who you are:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in fast-paced environments like consulting, finance, or high-growth startups
- Experience leading and managing projects end to end, with ownership across planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to design and maintain systems that enable accuracy, consistency, and scalability in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, confidently reprioritizing and reallocating resources as business needs evolve
- Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to translate data, testing outcomes, and qualitative feedback into clear insights and recommendations for leadership
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, with a track record of driving work forward independently, anticipating risks, and holding yourself and partners accountable for outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the credibility and confidence to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex external partnerships
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity while creating structure, process, and clarity for others; able to balance flexibility with rigor
- A hands-on leader who is willing to step into execution when needed, while maintaining a strategic, end-to-end view of shade development and its impact on the business
- Willing to travel internationally; expect international travel 1–2 weeks per month during active shade development projects, with potential for up to 3 weeks per month at peak times
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
