We need Videographers proficient in photoshop, illustrator and other programs and who are willing to learn and be a team player. The Videographer will be responsible for filming high-quality video content for a variety of media platforms. The role requires creative input, technical skills, and the ability to handle all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning through to post-production editing. Additionally, videographers will work closely with the production team to meet client or project goals/deadlines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keeps current with the latest advances in digital photo/video editing and design enhancement tools and fair use and copyright standards.
- Apply creative color grading, contrast adjustments, and other artistic techniques to enhance the visual impact of each image.
- Conduct final reviews of applicable images, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before delivery.
- Adhere to the company's specific editing workflows to maintain efficiency and consistency, ensuring timely delivery of all projects. Organize and oversee your studio team's files and delivery of images/videos to the correct team members.
- Travel is required.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the production team to understand the vision, goals, and scope of the project.
- Assist in the development of concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Edit video footage to create a polished final product, utilizing editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other tools.
- Add effects, transitions, sound, music, and voiceovers to enhance the video.
- Ensure the final product aligns with the project’s objectives and meets the technical standards.
- Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all cameras, lighting, and audio gear are functioning properly.
- Stay updated with the latest video technology and trends.
- Experience with drone videography or specialized cameras (e.g., 360 cameras).
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with motion graphics.
- Knowledge of color grading and advanced editing techniques.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing/Communications, or equivalent experience in a similar role for up to five years.
- Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- A portfolio showcasing past videography work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Set up and operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and sound equipment.
- Capture high-quality video footage, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
