What You’ll Do
- Support the Director of Nursing with daily operations
- Supervise and coach nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives (QAPI)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- 3 years of nursing experience
- 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
