Role Description
Oculus Inc. is seeking a Job Captain/Junior Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in St. Louis, MO. The role involves supporting architectural and design projects by coordinating with team members, developing construction documents, and ensuring project milestones are met. Responsibilities include contributing to design development, managing schedules, maintaining communication with clients and consultants, and assisting with construction administration tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural drafting, construction documentation, and Revit
- Experience with architectural design development and project scheduling
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team coordination skills
- Familiarity with code compliance, safety regulations, and construction administration processes
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail is a must
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; licensure or path to licensure preferred
- Experience in commercial or corporate architectural projects considered a plus
