Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Luis Obispo, CA, for multiple architectural staff positions. The responsibilities include designing and drafting architectural plans, collaborating closely with engineers and other design professionals, attending client meetings, and providing feedback on project development. Daily tasks involve site visits, project management, and the use of design software to create detailed drawings and specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit and Rhino 3D.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaborations
- Experience in commercial and residential project design
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in San Luis Obispo, CA
- Previous experience in an architectural or engineering firm
