Job Summary
This position will play a mission-critical role within the Deployment & Support arm of Central Operations. This role will serve as the primary execution partner across the field network, ensuring the disciplined rollout, adoption, and sustainment of enterprise initiatives, SOPs, and performance improvement efforts. This position will serve as a field-embedded operator and change agent working in direct partnership with Divisional and Regional Directors, Center Leadership Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role will drive consistency, remove adoption barriers, and coach frontline teams through execution to ensure that the strategy developed by the Operational Design & Analytics team translates to measurable, center-level impact.
This is What You’ll Do
- Serve as the field extension of Central Ops to deploy operational tiering action plans and Center Improvement (CI) sprint solutions.
- Support Regional Directors and center teams in translating enterprise guidance into executable, center-specific steps
- Conduct follow-up visits to reinforce adoption, track progress, and close execution gaps.
- Monitor adherence to standardized processes, partnering with Quality and Training teams to ensure SOP compliance and best-practice alignment across all assigned centers.
- Identify process deviations and coach center teams toward corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Facilities, HR, and Training) to support new center openings, center refresh efforts, and launch efforts.
- Coordinate readiness checklists, pre-opening workflows, and Day 0–30 performance ramp plans to ensure operational and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate local implementation of CI initiatives and field pilots, gathering feedback to refine tools and training resources.
- Reinforce center accountability for key performance metrics (Turnover, Processing Times, HPD, CPL, Yield, etc.) using dashboards and tiering tools guide data-driven discussions.
- Share best practices and success stories across centers and regions to promote scalable operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Divisional Directors, Regional Directors, OpEx, Quality, HR, and Facilities.
- Represent the voice of the field to the Central Ops Team, providing insights on trends, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration OR 2 years of experience in operations leadership, field enablement, and SOP compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Skilled in project deployment.
- Deep understanding of operational processes within a healthcare or plasma environment, with the ability to streamline and standardize support functions.
- Data-literate and fluent in interpreting KPI dashboards and using data to influence action.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on driving performance, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ability to align operational support activities with the organization’s strategic goals.
