Job Description:
Senior Tech lead at least 8 and 2 years as tech lead already. Ideal is 10 years Senior Tech Lead and 5 years as tech lead.
Requirement:
Seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8 years of software development experience and 2 years leading engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive technical design, mentor developers, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications. Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern DevOps practices is required. Experience with CI/CD, microservices, frontend technologies (React/Angular), and AI-assisted development tools is highly preferred.
