Position: UC / Voice System Engineer (L2/L3)
Location: New York (Relocation Considered)
Looking for candidates with strong troubleshooting skills, automation mindset, and enterprise UC/Voice operations experience.
Required Skills:

Windows & Linux administration (Linux mandatory)

Advanced PowerShell and/or Python scripting
-
Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms (MTR), and Teams Voice support

Direct Routing, SBC concepts (AudioCodes/Ribbon preferred)

Microsoft 365 / Exchange and Intune administration

8–10 years of IT / System Engineering experience
Responsibilities:

Resolve Tier 2/3 Teams, MTR, and Voice issues

Support Teams Phone, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, dial plans, and telephony operations

Automate operational tasks using PowerShell/Python

Manage room/resource accounts in Microsoft 365

Support AV conference room technology and voice infrastructure
