Octagos Health is a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through AI-driven solutions. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive the adoption of our innovative healthcare solutions.


Position Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth in the healthcare technology sector. Experience in cardiac rhythm management sales is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Octagos Health’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.

  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

  • Travel: Travel to client locations as needed to build and strengthen relationships and close sales.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience: 5 -10 years of sales experience, with a necessary focus on cardiac rhythm management / electrophysiology sales.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Pipedrive, Sales Force) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as required.


Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
