Stark Building Systems inc. is looking for a connected Regional Sales Managerto drive new business across North Americaas they continue to grow. The ideal candidate will be capable of generating new and diverse sales opportunities.
Business Development Duties:
- Scout opportunities to leverage competitive advantages to increase our market share
- Confidently present to new clients to develop sales opportunity
- Stay in tune with current market trends, including material prices, lead-times, and industry standards
- Develop innovative and non-traditional means to increase market share and profitability
Business Development Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Structural Steel Fabrication and/or PEMB - both preferred
- Good communicator who strives with little management and is self-motivated
- Previously established network of contacts and relationships with steel fabricator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task based upon priorities
- Proven track record in sales and customer serviceDuties:

- Proven experience in business development and outside sales
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Mission Building Systems Inc. is a new steel fabricator with a 120,000 SQ Ft plant located in Pearland offering both PEMB and Structural Steel. Looking for a regional sales manager to come in and grow with the team!
