Packaging Team Member
OCS Green Leaves d/b/a Perpetual Brands is hiring a Packaging Team Member to join our operation in Millbury. This is a full-time, hands-on position with training provided from day one. No prior industry background is needed.
Where and When
- Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA 01527
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Employment type: Full-time
- Overtime: Available on an optional basis
Pay
- $18.50 to $19.00 per hour
- Paid on a weekly schedule
A Day in This Role
- Perform hands-on production tasks such as weighing, measuring, sorting, labeling, and packaging
- Record batch counts and help keep inventory organized
- Keep your work area clean and orderly
- Work alongside other departments to hit production targets
Physical Aspects of the Job
- Extended standing and walking
- Bending, reaching, and frequent repetitive hand movements
What You Bring
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or an equivalent
- Able to clear a yearly background check
- Reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a team
