Job description: Cannabis Delivery Driver – $19/hour

You’ll drive a company vehicle across Massachusetts, delivering products to licensed marijuana businesses. Every delivery must match its manifest and follow state rules. When you’re not on a route, you’ll help our cultivation, post-harvest and manufacturing teams.
A typical day
You’ll travel throughout Massachusetts in a company-provided vehicle. Before heading out, you’ll check traffic and weather reports to plan safe, efficient routes. You’ll help load and unload the day’s orders, and you’ll give excellent customer service at every stop. You’ll also schedule routine maintenance for the vehicle and report any mechanical issues right away. When you’re not on a delivery route, you’ll support our cultivation, post-harvest and manufacturing teams. Throughout the day, you’ll keep accurate inventory, transport and distribution records and follow all Massachusetts cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
You’re a good fit if you:
- Are 21 or older
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Have experience as a delivery or professional driver
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Are comfortable using GPS and know local roads and neighborhoods
- Communicate well and get along easily with people
- Are reliable, on time and professional
Good to know
- You’ll need to pass a criminal background check.
- You’ll need your own cell phone.
- Overtime may be needed, and break times may shift depending on your route.
- You’ll follow all Massachusetts cannabis regulations, our SOPs and company policies.
