Job Title: Kitchen Technician

Pay: From $19 / Hour

Job Location: 465 Hopping Brook Road, Holliston, MA 01746

Expected Hours: 40 hours / week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of cannabis-infused edible products.

• Follow established recipes, formulations, dosing requirements, and SOPs.

• Perform production tasks including weighing, mixing, portioning, molding, and packaging.

• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation as assigned.

• Assist with tasks including ingredient handling, waste separation, finished-goods support, and updating METRC.

• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment. • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations.

• Monitor temperatures, storage conditions, and safe food-handling practices.

• Identify and report contamination risks, safety hazards, or equipment issues.

• Assist with receiving, labeling, organizing, and storing ingredients and supplies.

• Properly handle cannabis materials in compliance with all state and company regulations.

• Support quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements and Preferences

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Prior commercial kitchen or food production experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

• Ability to meet productivity and performance expectations. • Professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to adapt to changing production needs.

• Clear and effective communication skills.

• Must be eligible for and maintain a state cannabis agent badge.

• Must remain compliant with all state and company cannabis regulations.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
