Operations Director - Top Global hedge Fund

OCR Alpha is partnered with a leading multi-strategy hedge fund seeking an Operations Director to join their growing New York team.

With a substantial, multiple billion AUM, the firm has experienced significant growth in recent years and offers exposure across multiple investment strategies within a highly collaborative environment.

This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing the firm's operational infrastructure, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Responsibilities will include oversight of fund operations, reconciliations, month-end processes, operational controls, and driving process improvement initiatives across the platform.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience, including a strong hedge fund operations background, ideally within a multi-strategy environment. Prior exposure to fund operations, reconciliations, fund administrator oversight, and operational process improvement is highly desirable.
