JOB TITLE: Office Administrative Assistant
REPORTS TO: General Manager
SUPERVISORY: No
CLASS: Full-Part Time
FLSA: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will function as a point of contact for customers, employees and warehouse guest for the brand and the company’s core values. This person will be responsible for the overall office administrative management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve all inquiries and maintain inventory of all office supplies or other office supplies required to maintain business.
- General office support: answer phones, accept packages/mail, maintain phone list vendor/employee, etc.
- Greet guest, suppliers, drivers, etc.… direct them to the appropriate person and/or assist them with their needs.
- Print sales support items (shelf strips, table tents, case cards, wobblers, statics, tap handles, door handle inserts or other small items not provided by the print shop).
- Assist and/or support the sales team and managers as needed with reports, calling customers, vendors, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or upper management.
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma with 5 years related experience in administration.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working with different types of personalities.
- Experience with Customer Service and Vendor Service.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
The physical and environmental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Regular activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), adding machine, and office printer/copier.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, speak, and listen.
- Occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs.
- Occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- Moderate to substantial noise level (i.e., office equipment, forklifts, vehicle, etc..).
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The use of corrective lens to aid the employee is acceptable.
- This position requires you to work indoors in cool conditions.

- Supply Chain Management: Managing logistics of moving beer from breweries to the distributor’s warehouses, and then to retailers.
- Sales and Marketing: Promoting and selling our beer to retailers and consumers by developing marketing campaigns to build brand awareness.
- Operations Management: Managing the day-to-day activities of a distributor; inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent service to retailers and customers; including timely delivery, accurate order processing, and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.
Salary : $38,000 - $40,000
