Night Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role:

The Night Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing all warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments. This position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and quality control. The supervisor ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies while addressing any operational challenges that arise during the shift. They act as the primary point of contact for night shift activities, facilitating communication between warehouse staff and management. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience with forklift operation and certification.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Demonstrated leadership training or certifications.

Responsibilities:
