• Monitoring budgets, schedules, and service levels like the pro you are.

• Solving problems before they become Yelp reviews.

• Reporting to the General Manager, collaborating on strategy and improvements.

• Have 3 years in hotel operations or hospitality management.

• Have Marriott Brand Experience.

• Know how to lead teams with heart and hustle.

• Can multitask like an air traffic controller on a caffeine kick.

• Are fluent in systems like PMS, POS, and "people."

• Keep your cool when it's 4PM, 90% occupancy, and 4 VIP check-ins just arrived.
