What we need from you:
Perform medication set-up and assist residents on the Medication Program with the self-
administration of their medications
Must be able to set up, record and assist with medications as ordered by physicians and/or at
the direction of the RN and RSD.
Provide medication assistance documentation per policy and state requirements including:
o Document medication assistance on Medication Assistance Records (MARs) immediately after assistance
o Leaves no blanks on MARs
o Document reasons for PRN medication on reverse of MARs and effectiveness of medication
Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or must willing to get fully vaccinated.
