Duties

- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and taking reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure efficient guest service and satisfaction.
- Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly to enhance guest relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not required.
