Oceanview Building Group is a rapidly growing commercial construction company specializing in healthcare facilities throughout South Florida, including medical offices, dental practices, cosmetic surgery centers, and specialty healthcare environments.

We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead our preconstruction efforts and work directly with company leadership.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both estimating and construction operations. You will be responsible for helping projects start the right way—developing budgets, managing bid processes, identifying project risks, coordinating with design teams, and helping ensure successful project execution.

This position is primarily office-based in Boca Raton with periodic site visits to stay connected with field operations and maintain a practical understanding of project conditions

.Key Responsibilitie

• sPrepare conceptual budgets and detailed construction estimate
• sReview plans and specifications for scope completeness and constructabilit
• yDevelop and manage subcontractor bid package
• sSolicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor proposal
• sIdentify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solution
• sCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients during preconstructio
• nDevelop scopes of work and procurement strategie
• sAssist with project planning, scheduling, and project handoff to operation
• sConduct periodic site visits to understand field conditions and support project plannin
• gHelp establish and improve preconstruction systems, standards, and processe

sQualification

• s5 years of commercial construction estimating, project management, or preconstruction experienc
• eStrong understanding of commercial construction methods and building system
• sAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specification
• sExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
• sSelf-motivated with a high level of accountability and ownershi
• pHealthcare construction experience is a plu
