Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teacher in creating a positive and enriching learning environment for students. As a 1:1 Aide you will help the student stay focused on the task at hand.
Original Social Security card, valid driver's license (must be in the same name) and proof of High School graduation.
Fingerprint clearance ($101.25 fee - which is reimbursable after 6 months of continuous work)
$16.50/hour, 7 hours a day - every school day. Minimum wage to go to $17.00/hour effective 1/1/26
Duties
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and nurturing environment.
- Help implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions.
- Supervise children during free time, lunch, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff regarding student progress and needs.
- Support children’s emotional well-being by fostering a caring and inclusive environment.
