Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated School Lunch Monitor to oversee students during meal times in our school cafeteria. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, orderly, and positive environment for students while promoting good behavior and conflict resolution. This role is essential in supporting a nurturing school atmosphere and ensuring students enjoy their lunch period safely and responsibly.
Fingerprint clearance ($101.25 fee, fee is reimbursable after 6 months of continued employment)
Original social security card & valid Driver's license (must be in same name)
16.50/hour, 2 hours per day (11am-1pm), going up to 17.00/hour effective January 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Supervise students during lunch periods, ensuring they follow school rules and safety guidelines
- Promote positive behavior and manage conflicts or disruptions calmly and effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.15 - $26.67 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
