What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Server position at Ocean?
Ocean is currently interviewing for servers. We have been serving beautiful seafood dishes to our many regulars and guests since 2002. Pay is $2.83 per hour plus tips.
Responsibilities
o Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
o Take food and beverage table orders, serve meals and drinks to guests with courtesy and efficiency.
o Follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
o Communicate directly with back of house teams to ensure food & beverage orders are delivered accurately, and special requests are accommodated.
Desired Experiences and Skills
o Minimum of 1 years experience at a comparable fine cuisine restaurant
o An understanding and appreciation of food and wine is desirable
o Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make independent judgment decisions.
o Must be guest minded and service oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
