What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Condo position at Ocean Towers Beach Club?

We are looking for Front Desk Agents to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Customer service skills are extremely important. Great attitude, personable, good work ethic, ability to multi task and reliability.

Must be available to work different shifts which will be a variety of Day Shifts - 8am to 4pm, Mid Shifts - 11am - 7pm, Evening Shift, 2pm to 10pm. One weekend day required.

Typically you will have one weekend day off and one day during the week

Monday through Thursday BETWEEN 9AM AND 2PM to fill out an application and interview.

  • Eligible for pay raise after 60 days based on performance

  • Strong customer service skills with a background in hotel or hospitality settings
  • Computer and ability to learn our software
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
