Bay Coast Behavioral is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children in a structured, supportive environment.
This role is ideal for RBTs who value collaboration, clear clinical guidance, and the opportunity to see the real impact of their work—without the pressure of supervisory or administrative responsibilities.
This role also serves as a pathway into long-term opportunities within our clinic-based and home-based ABA programs.

Requirements:
To be considered, candidates must have:
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience providing ABA services to children (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working directly with children in structured therapeutic settings
What You’ll Do:
As an RBT, you will:
- Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Collect accurate and timely data on client progress
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Communicate professionally with families and clinical team members
- Help create a safe, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment
