This role also serves as a pathway into long-term opportunities within our clinic-based and home-based ABA programs.

Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking staff are eligible for additional pay.
Requirements:
· Completed High School Diploma or GED course
· One of the following:
o 6–12 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, OR
o Associate’s degree in human, social, or educational services, OR
o Certification in a behavioral management field
· Ability to maintain various physical postures (standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting)
· Willingness to assist with basic care needs, including feeding, diapering, and toileting

· Implement treatment and behavior support plans under supervision
· Support skill development, communication, and independence
· Collect basic data and follow program protocols
· Create a safe, positive, and structured environment for clients
