PASS Direct Support – Location
Part-time Evening Positions
Weekday Evenings Between 2 & 8 p.m.
- $25/ hour -
The Position:
Ocean State Behavioral is hiring PASS Direct Support Professionals for part-time evening positions supporting individuals in home and community settings throughout Rhode Island.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Be willing to travel to client homes and community locations
Job Duties:
PASS Direct Support Professionals help individuals strengthen daily living, safety, communication, and social skills while providing encouragement and structure in real-world settings.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting clients during home and community-based sessions
- Implementing individualized service and treatment plans
- Modeling and reinforcing appropriate social and safety skills
- Assisting clients in building independence and confidence
- Completing daily documentation and data collection
- Communicating regularly with supervisors and clinical staff
