Bilingual – Spanish/English Fluency
HBTS Behavioral Support Part-time Evening Positions
Weekdays Between 2 & 8 p.m.
- $27.50/ hour -
The Position:
Ocean State Behavioral is hiring PASS Direct Support Professionals for part-time evening positions supporting individuals in home and community settings throughout Rhode Island.
Requirements:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Have valid driver’s license
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Answer yes to AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

- I have an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a related field. (i.e., psychology, counseling, child development, etc…)
- I have completed a high school or GED level of education AND have at least one year of supervised experience working with children.
- I have completed a high school or GED level of education AND have at least three years of experience working with adults who have developmental disabilities.
- I have completed at least 24 credits towards a Bachelor’s level degree in Human Services or related field
The Job:
HBTS Direct Support Professionals work directly with children and families to help support behavioral goals, improve daily functioning, and reinforce positive behaviors in home and community settings.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting clients and families during scheduled sessions
- Implementing individualized behavioral support plans
- Teaching and reinforcing positive behavioral strategies
- Collecting session data and completing daily documentation
- Communicating regularly with supervisors and clinical staff
- Providing structured, supportive interactions in community settings
