Behavioral Health Office Administration
Bay Coast Behavioral – Fall River, MA

You should be task-oriented individual with competent observational, critical thinking, and decision-making skills while being able to contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- Must at least 18 years old and have High School Diploma/ GED
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Ability to maintain a composed demeanor and yourself professionally to clients and coworkers.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
· Ability to travel to satellite sites and/ or off-site locations for events or training as needed.
Job Duties:
· Manage Clinical Director’s schedule to ensure department productivity.
· Coordinate billing/credentialing issues with finance and HR department as needed.
· Maintaining, reading, analyzing, and interpreting general health and social services guidelines, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
· Write reports, health correspondence and procedure manuals.
· Information sharing- gives and receives information such as options, technical direction, instructions and reporting results. Interactions are mostly with Clinical Director, coworkers, and patients.
· Be responsible for quality assurance with respect to notes, oversee supervisors review of weekly documentation.
· Produce materials for monthly meetings, meeting minutes.
· Process and mail periodic Internal/ External memos, notices or letters for Clinical Director.
· Schedule presentations for all regions for Clinical Director
Salary & Benefits:
