Requirements:

You bring professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a client-centered approach to your work. You also have:

• Current licensure as LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience working with children with special needs.
• Ability to meet transportation requirements and consent to required background and clearance checks.
  
  

What You’ll Do:

As a Clinician, you’ll provide high-quality, ethical care while supporting treatment teams and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing case openings in collaboration with the Treatment Coordinator in accordance with EOHHS program standards.
• Developing and maintaining treatment and behavior plans (initial, progress, and renewal), ensuring goals and methodologies are evidence-based.
• Participating in face-to-face clinical consultations with clients, families, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Providing clinical training, mentoring, and supervision to DSPs implementing treatment plans in the home.
• Analyzing treatment data to assess effectiveness and guide ongoing clinical decisions.
• Communicating with collateral providers and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation.
• Ensuring agency policies, procedures, and best-practice standards are consistently followed.
