~ Starting Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 (based on experience) ~

Ocean State Behavioral is seeking a Spanish/English bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support children and families receiving Home-Based Services across Rhode Island. Requirements (Must Meet All):

To be considered for this position, you must have:

·         Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)

·         Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Human Services, Psychology, or Social Work.

·         One year of experience working with children with special healthcare or behavioral health needs is preferred

·         Ability to reliably travel to and from clients’ homes throughout Rhode Island using a personal vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection.

·         Ability to clear both BCI and DCYF CANTS clearances

What You’ll Do:

As a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator, your role will focus on coordination, communication, and continuity of care, including:

·         Serve as a primary contact between families, clinicians, and collateral providers

·         Oversee weekly productivity and work of home-based Direct Support Providers (DSPs) providing care to cases you manage

·         Coordinate with schools, Early Intervention, DCYF, FCCP, medical providers, and other involved agencies

·         Managing and maintaining required program documentation and treatment materials

·         Supporting the hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of DSPs

·         Collecting and organizing data and documentation for clinical review and team collaboration
