Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Fine Dining Server to provide exceptional guest experiences in an upscale restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knowledge of wine, cocktails and fine food. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, elegant setting. This role involves delivering high-quality service, upselling menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders using POS system.
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Upsell wine and menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and specials
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously
