We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Server to provide excellent service to all customers at our world class, renowned Watercolour Grillhouse. The Restaurant Server enjoys creating a first class experience in our restaurant with a passion for both people and delicious food. The Restaurant Server will
- Work closely with all team members contributing to a positive work environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, restaurant, hotel and surrounding area
- Understand and utilize the steps of service
- Accurately take orders, confirm special requests and upsell
- Inspect all food and beverage for accuracy and presentation before delivering
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction responding proactively to any customer needs
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy work environment
- Operate with a clean as you go and pre-buss work ethic
- Complete all opening and closing side work
- Greet and seat customers when needed
- Previous high volume and fine dining experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
