Job Family:Cargo ManagementJob Title:Key Accounts Specialist (Boise)Location:Boise, Idaho ; This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with a minimum of three days in the office weekly Role Summary:This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Boise International Logistics Service process. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for customer support by coordinating cargo bookings, resolving logistical challenges for outbound cargo, and providing product and service information.
