Role Summary: | This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Richmond International Logistics Service process. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for customer support by coordinating cargo bookings, resolving logistical challenges for outbound cargo, and providing product and service information. |
