Job Title: Senior Manager
Role Summary:
Contributes to financial analysis and forecasting of ONE-owned assets to ensure accuracy,
transparency, and alignment with ONE Group’s strategic objectives.
Supports preparation and review of asset budgets and evaluation of investment strategies for
ONE-owned terminal assets.
Collaborates with equity terminal senior management, shareholder representatives, and other
internal/external stakeholders.
Shares responsibility with GHQ Product & Network Division for monitoring fiscal KPIs, cost
controls, and compliance with governmental, maritime, industry regulations, and ONE policies.
Validates financial and operational performance against Board-approved expectations.
Supports quality, safety, and service initiatives across terminal assets.
Ensures thorough communication and reporting to Global and Regional Headquarters.
Safeguards equity value and aligns operational outcomes with long-term shareholder interests.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ONE’s product service design, quality standards,
and internal requirements.
Establish and maintain knowledge of port and intermodal operational performance standards.
Provide direction and support to equity terminals across short-, medium-, and long-term
expectations set by GTM and NATM by applying positive influence to align with ONE directives
and strategies.
Maintain visibility on service quality of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers which
may impact terminal performance.
Foster collaborative relationships with equity terminal senior management, shareholders, and
other key stakeholders.
Participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control, applying data driven
insights and recognized terminal process improvement protocols.
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of solutions for asset-related crises,
cargo incidents, and operational challenges to minimize negative impacts on ONE’s costs, service
delivery, and reputation.
Core Required Skills and Competencies:
High proficiency with financial and data analytics for forecasting purposes with the ability to
interpret complex results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strategic capability to anticipate and respond to short- and long-term operational and fiscal
trends.
Skilled in communicating complex financial and operational findings clearly to executive and
Board-level audiences.
Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior management,
shareholders, industry partner and internal/external stakeholders.
Decisive decision-making and sound problem-solving skills, particularly in balancing shareholder
value with operational requirements.
Function Specific Skills:
Working knowledge of contracts, budgets, CAPEX/maintenance investments and business case
development for BoD approval. Experience with financial and analytic tools (preferred).
Ability to apply established procedures and sound judgment in daily decision-making.
Record of successful collaboration and relationship-building with management and peers.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite platforms.
Knowledge of maritime operations, compliance to applicable regulatory requirements, and safety
standards related to container terminals, vessels, intermodal transport (preferred)
Experience: 5 management and 7 function-related
Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
