Do you know your way around a service shop, enjoy leading a team, and take pride in getting the job done right? Ocean Lakes RV Center is looking for an energetic and motivated Shop Supervisor to help keep our Service Department running smoothly and efficiently!
As the Shop Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily service operations, supporting technicians, assigning work orders, maintaining shop organization, and ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. You’ll help train and guide team members, keep projects moving, coordinate parts and inventory, and make sure every repair leaves our campground looking professional and complete.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support a team of service technicians
- Assign and coordinate daily work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Order and manage parts and shop inventory
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our guests
- Help create a positive, team-focused work culture
