What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at Ocean Lakes Service Corp.?

What You’ll Do:
- Install and repair electrical equipment (up to 230 volts, 3-phase power)
- Repair water line breaks and clear sewer blockages to keep our guests happy
- Install water valves and help maintain critical campground infrastructure
- Dig trenches for electrical and water services when needed
- Work at heights using ladders up to 24 feet
- Participate in an on-call rotation to help when emergencies arise
- Train and mentor new maintenance team members
- Respond to emergency situations, including fire calls when needed
- Deliver outstanding guest service while working with an incredible team
