As our Communications & Mail Clerk Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the phone and the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps thousands of letters, packages, and important deliveries moving throughout Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering and directing incoming calls with a smile
- Receiving, sorting, tracking, and delivering packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and more
- Managing outgoing mail, certified mail, and postage services
- Assigning and maintaining post office boxes for our full-time residents
- Providing outstanding guest service while answering questions about Ocean Lakes and our amazing amenities
- Working alongside teammates across multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly
