Job Title: Porter (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to join our team in Carlsbad. This position is available either full-time or part-time and is ideal for individuals looking to grow in a supportive environment.
No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep tasks as scheduled or assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the property
- Assist with basic repairs and maintenance projects
- Support property operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday -7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Compensation:
- $20.00 an hour
