Ocean Grove Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Millsboro, DE.
Shifts available:
- 3:00pm–11:00pm Part Time No Weekends!

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
Oversee implementation of resident care plans
Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
Previous Supervisor experience
