Human Resources Director (HRD)

Responsibilities:
Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
Maintain confidential employee records and update records of current staff
Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, and providing in-services on corporate compliance mandates
Organize orientation for new staff and assist with benefit administration and retention events
Process payroll for the facility and other assigned functions
Experience:
LTC/SNF HR experience preferred
