Role Description
This is a full-time / part-time, Remote position for a Data Entry Specialist from any location in the states. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems efficiently and accurately. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data, correcting discrepancies, organizing and maintaining records, and providing administrative support. The role also involves interacting with clients and team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data being entered.
Qualifications
- Excellent Typing skills and Computer Literacy
- Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
- Administrative Assistance experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices is a plus
