Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
- Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
- Observes and reports team member incidents and recommends discipline when necessary.
- Supervises day to day operations.
- Orders necessary stock for outlets.
- Performs line level duties and acts a “breaker” in all outlets throughout shifts as necessary.
- Adheres to and administers established company Policies, Labor Laws, Liquor Laws and Sanitary Codes.
- Relays all guest compliments and complaints to appropriate department head.
- Assists F&B Shift Managers with day to day tasks and projects.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Food and beverage line level experience preferred, supervisory experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
- Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
