Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Patients:
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly.
- Manage appointment schedules, including booking, canceling, and rescheduling.
- Guide patients in completing forms and understanding office policies.
- Collect payments and prepare billing statements in collaboration with the PCC.
- File insurance claims, track their progress, and communicate with insurance providers in collaboration with the PCC and Biller.
- Scan, file, and organize patient records accurately.
- Track office supplies and order additional stock as necessary in collaboration with the Office Manager.
- Process patient payments and assist in preparing financial statements alongside the PCC and/or Biller.
- Ensure all dental equipment is operational and report any issues.
- Keep the reception area tidy and professional.
- Manage x-rays and other test results appropriately.
