We are currently seeking a Cashier that is able to work 3-4 days per week from 11am-9pm. Additionally, we are in search of a Cashier that can help us open for Breakfast, from about 7am-11am.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
- Manage cash handling procedures, including counting cash and giving correct change
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandise is stocked and properly displayed for easy access
- Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions about products, store policies, or promotions using excellent phone etiquette when needed
Qualifications
- Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers in bilingual settings if applicable
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations quickly
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth checkout experiences
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting shoppers and resolving issues promptly
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
