Exhale Spa is seeking an outgoing, hospitality-focused Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service while supporting spa operations, membership sales, and retail revenue.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide an outstanding spa and fitness experience.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations using Mindbody.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, memberships, and gift cards.
- Utilize InfoGenesis POS systems for retail and service transactions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Support membership sales, renewals, and guest retention efforts.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail boutique area.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Mindbody and InfoGenesis preferred.
- Cash handling and payment processing experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales through consultative recommendations and guest engagement.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality, spa, fitness, hotel, or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Pay: $18 per hour
