Job Summary:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Build relationships with future members over the phone.
- Provide lifelong memories/experiences for future members.
- Make 200-250 calls to future members a day.
- Schedule visits to resort locations.
- Maintain knowledge of resorts, company policies, and qualifications (training provided).
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong sales experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Easily learn and adapt to situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- 1-2 years customer service experience.
- Call center experience a plus.
