As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to keeping the homes and condominiums on our rental program in the best condition. You will perform light maintenance tasks of great variety.
Responsibilities
- Must be organized and capable of keeping track of work orders, status updates, vendor requests, and expense receipts.
- Inspecting rental properties
- General working knowledge of maintenance repairs.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Light carpentry or handyman skills
- Self motivator who takes pride in the quality of their work
- Must be a team player
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Weekend work is a must
