MONDAY 3:30P- 7:30P
TUESDAY 3:30P- 7:30P
FRIDAY 3:30P- 5:50P
Client is 8 years old and in- home duties include maintaining a relaxed environment; keeping an eye on client to keep him from wandering, encouraging him to eat, assisting with toileting (he is potty- trained), and light housekeeping duties such as keeping client's bathroom clean & client's laundry as needed. One dog is in the home so Personal Care Assistant must be comfortable with dogs.
Job Overview

- Communicate effectively with family members and in- home care provider regarding the client's care plan.
